About She Mentor HER
She Mentor HER is a mentoring program for young girls or preteens and teens (ages12-18) within and on the outskirts of the inner-city facing trauma-based issues beyond their control due to social-economic disadvantages and/or other factors to give them a boost in self-esteem and open their eyes and minds to positive outlooks and endless possibilities as they team up with young women and older to grow and learn from each other and many more.
Who needs She Mentor HER? We all do!
We serve three specific age groups, each with a unique focus:

Teach Her for Girls ages 12-18 helps with developmental skills like self-care and self-esteem, goal setting, and healthy boundaries.
​
Help Her for Young Women ages 19-27 helps with goal-oriented skills like educational and career advancement and leadership development.
​
Support Her for ages 28+ helps with life enhancement skills like therapy, money management, healthy habits, and relationship building.
​
•All participate in group therapy, creative therapy, community outreach, field trips, and celebrations

OUR GOAL IS TO HELP HER:
